Raitis Krastins has more than 20 years of extensive experience in business and financial management; joined DOKUMEDS in 2003; currently responsible for finance and business management of on corporate level.
Indra Aboltina, MD, PhD, has more than 20 years of clinical experience (internal diseases / nephrology / preventive medicine), as well as scientific and academic experience gained at Riga Medical Institute and Latvian Medical Academy; working with DOKUMEDS from the beginning of the company in 1995 - since that has created her carrier within a company from CRA to medical monitor/project manager; more than 10 years (until 2008) has run DOKUMEDS as the managing director; currently responsible for business development solutions and outsourcing on a corporate level.
Gita Silina, MD, has almost 15 years of experience in clinical research, including 10 years of experience in administration of clinical operations and management of human resources; Gita has gained experience working as a regional/country manager of multinational CRO; joined DOKUMEDS in 2009; currently responsible for business administration on corporate level.
Janis Skards, MD, PhD, has more than 20 years of clinical experience (internal diseases / cardiology / rheumatology), as well as scientific and academic experience gained at Riga Medical Institute and Latvian Medical Academy; involved in clinical research from 1996. Janis has been trained in Clinical pharmacology, and worked for pharma industry since 2001; joined DOKUMEDS in 2006; currently responsible, on corporate level, for medical, regulatory and pharmacovigilance items, as well as for strategic planning of the company development.
Iveta Zogla has about 10 years’ experience in quality management and system development working as a quality manager and quality director at leading Latvian companies; certified auditor; joined DOKUMEDS in 2010; currently responsible for quality management of „non-clinical" processes and development and maintenance of internal quality systems.
Jana Peterson, MD, before joining DOKUMEDS in 2001 worked as medical advisor and head of medical services bureau in Estonian Health Insurance Fund; gradually developed her carrier in DOKUMEDS from the position of CRA to project manager; since 2010 assigned for responsibilities for quality management of clinical operations on a corporative level.
